Sorry Experience

I have had a big problem. I have known an Amerikan friend for three months. We were playing soccer every Saturday together. The story started when we went to Texas de Brazil, which was very delicious. Suddenly, he said "I lost my wallet." I was surprised. After that, we were looking for his wallet but we could not find it. Also, while we were looking for it, he lost an envelope. He said, "There is about $1900 inside." I thought, today is the worst day for him. The next day, he called me. He said, "Do you have my wallet and envelope?" He thought I took them but I did not take them. I said, "I did not take your wallet and envelope." He did not believe me. I was so sad and angry. Then, he sent text me, "You have 2 days to tell the truth. If you do not, then by Wednesday The police officer will file a report and get a warrant for your arrest and take you to the police station." I could not understand, what happened but I could only say, "I did not take them," because that true. On Wednesday, I did not say anything, so he said, "You did not say the truth, so the police officer will let you know tomorrow." I was disgusted. On Thursday, the police officer did not come, so he told a lie. I was so angry and also disappointed with this American. Sometimes I cannot trust Americans. But I know most Americans are very kind and friendly people. One week later, the police officer was at my room but I was not there. Then he called me and just asked, what happened between me and my friend. That is end of the story. I was relieved. Thank you for helping Alz. It was a really sorry experience.
